I stayed on the diet for 14 days. I plan to restart it for six weeks. I learned a few things about myself. LOVE. As my body was cleansing I went though a mental transfer. I remembered all the pure thoughts I had when I was younger and learned to appreciate my body. I turned off the tv and I took milk baths at night. I used almond oil to prevent my body from losing its natural oils. The master cleanse took all the belmishes off my face. My breath smelled better and my face was lighter. The first four days I felt the weakness and toxins moving around I thought I was in withdraw. The fifth day I was walking 3 miles every other day. I lost a lot of weight the down side I never prepared for the diet after. That is why I am doing it again. I never want to go back to junk food again. It is indeed a master cleanser. Two of my friends are going on it too. Learning to love starts within! I used fresh lemons everyday and organic maple syrup. I was not hungry. My mind was clearer, the dark circles within my pupils went away. I was able to work with clarity and effective. It is a winnner!
