Well described, to the point August 21, 2010 Purr The items I searched were described in brief and clear terms. Easy to understand.

I really like this book, the ingredients are easy to get and put together. I am always looking for better ways to use less chemicals. I have only tried about twenty items in the book but I like the end result and so does my health. I just wish I knew about it sooner. It does take time because it is not instant like going to a grocery store and buying it off the shelf but at least you know what is in the products you are using. I would highly recommend this book.
advertisement for essential oils August 2, 2010 Jacquelyn Bailey (Ft. Washington, MD) This book calls for expensive essential oils in almost every recipe. In some cases the author advocates pouring pure essential oils directly on a stain, which is HARDLY economical! Fortunately, most of the recipes would work just fine if you omitted the essential oils entirely. This is not what I hoped this book would be, and I do not recommend it.
Wonderful August 1, 2010 Sandra Dee I have been trying to find a perfect book for cleaning without the use of chemicals and this is it. So far all of the recipes I have tried have worked really well much to my suprise. Very easy to use and the items listed have been easier to find then some of the other books I have tried. Highly recommended!
Not so much... July 10, 2010 shannon sparks 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Way too heavy on the vinegar recipes. The glass cleaner recipe was a joke. Save yourself some money. Don't waste your money on this book. Take regular vodka and mix it with your favorite eos. It will be more effective than pretty much all of the recipes in this book.
